1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Car Detailing Company ("the Company") to its customers. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Service Agreement
2.1. The Company agrees to provide car detailing services as agreed upon with the customer.
2.2. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle(s) to be serviced, including any special requirements or conditions.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. The pricing for our services will be communicated to the customer prior to the commencement of any work.
3.2. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the condition, size, or specific requirements of the vehicle(s) being serviced.
3.4. The Company has the right to ask for full payment before starting the work.
3.5. The Company accepts Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard).
3.6. Bank Transfer needs to be done in advance and proof of transfer needs to be supplied so The Company can carry out the commenced work.
3.7. All EFTPOS or Credit Card transactions will incur a 1.8% surcharge.
4. Surcharges
4.1. Excessive Pet Hair: If your vehicle has excessive pet hair, an additional surcharge may apply. This surcharge covers the additional time and effort required to remove pet hair effectively. The specific surcharge amount will be communicated to you before the service is performed.
4.2. Excessively Dirty: If your vehicle is excessively dirty, an additional surcharge may apply. This surcharge covers the additional time and resources needed to clean heavily soiled areas. The specific surcharge amount will be communicated to you before the service is performed.
4.3. Excessive Red Dirt: If your vehicle has excessive red dirt, an additional surcharge may apply. This surcharge covers the additional time and specialized cleaning products required to remove red dirt stains effectively. The specific surcharge amount will be communicated to you before the service is performed.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
5.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to the customer.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. The Company will take reasonable care and precautions when providing services, but shall not be held liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle(s) or personal belongings left inside.
6.2. The customer is responsible for removing any valuable or fragile items from the vehicle(s) prior to the service.
6.3. The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. The customer agrees to provide access to the vehicle(s) at the agreed-upon time and location.
7.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle(s) are in a safe and drivable condition.
7.3. The customer agrees to inform the Company of any known issues or concerns regarding the vehicle(s) prior to the service.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
8.1. The Company strives to provide high-quality services. If the customer is not satisfied with the results, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service completion.
8.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with The Car Detailing Company are the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Car Detailing Company is located.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in writing or through our website.
